Sleep paralysis demons, truth or fiction? In this talk we will explore the cultural phenomenon of sleep paralysis demons! The lecture will include a discussion of why these parasomnias occur, the neurobiology of sleep-related hallucinations, narcolepsy, and treatments and diagnoses related to sleep paralysis.
